Whether you're training for a HYROX race or just want a seriously effective sweat session, this class will push you to your limits—in the best way.

Cancellation Policy

1:1 Personal Training – Terms & Conditions (12-Week Contract) The Gym Rathdowney 1. Programme Commitment By signing this agreement, the client confirms their commitment to a full 12-week personal training programme. This is a fixed-term contract. Once enrolled, the client is responsible for completing the full 12 weeks. 2. Cancellations & Refunds No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The 12-week commitment cannot be cancelled, paused, or transferred. In extreme or exceptional circumstances, the gym may review the situation on an individual basis, but this does not guarantee any change, extension, or refund. 3. Session Attendance Clients agree to attend all sessions on time and on the agreed schedule. Sessions missed or skipped will not be added on, rearranged, or extended unless agreed before the session start time and approved by the coach. Session times will generally remain the same day and time each week unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in advance. All sessions must be booked in advance. 4. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Follow the programme, instructions, and guidance provided by The Gym Rathdowney coaches. Take regular progress photos as requested. Track nutrition using MyFitnessPal or another agreed nutrition-tracking app. Inform The Gym Rathdowney of any changes in health, injury, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect training. Participate safely and responsibly, following all gym rules and advice. 5. Results & Expectations Personal training does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence. The Gym Rathdowney will design a personalised training and nutrition plan based on the client’s goals and will provide professional guidance throughout the 12-week programme. If the client follows the plan, maintains attendance, and adheres to advice, they can reasonably expect progress toward their stated goals. 6. After the 12-Week Programme Upon completion of the programme, clients may choose to continue their training by purchasing: 8-week blocks of 1:1 Personal Training A monthly programme-only subscription Any other services or offerings available at The Gym Rathdowney at that time 7. Liability The client participates at their own risk and agrees that The Gym Rathdowney is not liable for injuries or issues arising from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or undisclosed medical conditions.
